Terms and
Conditions

Contract will exist between you and Leigh Health for the sale by
them to you of any produce unless and until Leigh Health accept your
order by e-mail confirming that they have processed your order. That
acceptance shall be deemed complete and for all purposes to have
been effectively communicated to you at the time Leigh Health sends
the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail.
To
cancel this contract, please refer to our ‘returns policy.’
For
the avoidance of doubt, any such contract shall be deemed to have
been concluded in England and shall be governed by English Law. Both
you and Leigh Health irrevocably submit to the non exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
Protection for Credit Cards
If
somebody uses your credit card fraudulently or dishonestly (without
your knowledge) for any kind of Distance purchase, you can cancel
the payment and the card issuer must refund you. You should notify
your card issuer as soon as possible after you discover this
fraudulent use or if your card has been stolen.
Limitations on Consumer Rights
Under
the Sale of Goods Act (1979) as amended by the Sale and Supply of
Goods Act (1994), a customer may be entitled to a refund where the
goods sold are faulty, not as described or where the seller had no
legal rights to sell the goods
Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days,
we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty of have
been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it
is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where
applicable, to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the
item to you and provide you with a credit for the cost of returning
the goods.
Returns Policy
To
return a faulty item please write on your invoice the reason for
return, include this invoice with the return and wrap the package
securely and a credit note or refund will be issued on receipt of
the goods.
Your
right to cancel, or the ‘Cooling Off’ period, is seven working days
after the day on which the goods are received. Please package the
relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of the invoice
so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the
item was delivered to you. If you decide to return the goods within
these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be
refunded within 30 days.
For
your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the
goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item
is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive
notice of your cancellation we will refund the relevant part of the
purchase price for that item.

deliveries will require a signature.
Delivery prices are automatically calculated dependent upon order
value and destination when you checkout through our secure payment
system. All prices are based on individual orders.
